InterMoor offers fabrication services - whether it's subsea fabrication, skid fabrication, anchor fabrication, pipe fabrication, metal plate fabrication or specialty fabrication - making us the Gulf Coast fabricators of choice for your operation.
METAL PLATE FABRICATION
For metal plate fabrication, all of InterMoor welders are certified to AWS D1.1, ABS and some API certifications. InterMoor has flame and plasma cutting capabilities (CNC) for plates up to 6 inches thick and 120x480 inches. We also have plate bending capabilities using a 300 ton press brake that can accommodate up to 10 foot wide plates.
Drilling services are provided in our Amelia, Louisiana facility. Other machining needs are provided via nearby machine shops. Our fabrication shop currently has two 10-ton overhead cranes to facilitate fabrication. With InterMoor's fabrication facility capabilities, we can produce the metal plate fabrication piece you need to effectively complete your project.
ANCHOR FABRICATION
InterMoor provides exceptional anchor fabrication services designed to suit a client' projects. All SEPLA anchors are built in-house.
InterMoor is able to build and repair Vryhof anchors. Additionally, InterMoor can perform repair work on other types of anchors such as Bruce and Talon anchors.
All of our manufactured products are inspected by third parties for Quality Assurance validation.
