HOUSTON (May 3, 2010) – InterMoor, an Acteon company, has named Steve Chew Business Development Manager and Albert Chen as an engineer, announced InterMoor President Tom Fulton.
Based at InterMoor’s Singapore office, Chew has more than 10 years experience in sales and marketing. He will be responsible for InterMoor’s business-related activities in the Southeast Asia region.
“Steve’s experience and knowledge of the Southeast Asia market will help with InterMoor’s rapidly growing expansion in this region,” said Richard Luck, general manager of InterMoor Pte Ltd. “His ability to forge key client relationships will result in new business opportunities for InterMoor.”
Prior to joining InterMoor, Chew worked as Marketing Manager of Toll Offshore Petroleum Services. He was responsible for analyzing potential business collaboration, maintaining existing and building new client relationships, and preparing board papers for management review.
Also based in InterMoor’s Singapore office, Chen will be responsible for engineering-related activities in the Southeast Asia region.
“Albert‘s educational background is in marine and offshore engineering,” said Luck. “His knowledge will be valuable in the execution of the growing number of projects for InterMoor in Southeast Asia.”
Chen received his bachelor’s degree in marine and offshore engineering from Tianjin University in 2007 and his master’s degree of science in civil engineering in 2008.
