HOUSTON (November 15, 2010) – InterMoor, an Acteon company, has named Jacob Heikes and Dusan Curic project managers, announced InterMoor President Tom Fulton.
Based out of InterMoor’s Houston office, Heikes and Curic will be responsible for project management, procedure development and offshore supervision for both subsea and mooring projects.
Heikes has more than nine years of oilfield experience including managing the design, manufacturing, construction and installation of subsea hardware. He also has a background in intervention tooling and processes. Prior to joining InterMoor, Heikes worked as a senior subsea project manager for Delmar Systems and as a deepwater intervention tooling specialist for Helix Energy Systems.
“InterMoor has rapidly expanded our subsea services in recent years,” said Brent Boyce, subsea services manager. “With Jacob’s extensive background in subsea project management, we feel that his expertise will bring added value to our growing subsea service offering.”
Curic previously worked at SBM Atlantia as an engineering project manager and assistant project manager. His responsibilities included developing engineering plans, approving engineering deliverables and managing engineers and designers from various disciplines.
“Dusan has several years of project management experience,” said Todd Veselis, manager of projects. “We are confident he will be able to quickly assimilate to our way of doing business and take on the InterMoor project management role.”
