HOUSTON (Feb. 6, 2008) – InterMoor Inc., an Acteon company, has received two Safe Work Recognition awards announced Tom Fulton, InterMoor President.
InterMoor received these honors based on safe practices, no incidents or lost time while performing mooring and anchoring operations on the Transocean Marianas.
“We are very excited and appreciative of this recognition,” said Fulton. “Safety is top priority at InterMoor and being recognized for our safe work ethics is a compliment to our team.”
To date the 243-day work phase has involved ten InterMoor crews and a total of 99 men, performing mooring installation, hookup, disconnect and recovery without incident – helping InterMoor to reach an unprecedented 5 years without a lost time incident.
“With a LTIR percentage of 0.00, InterMoor has set the standard for safe work practices within the mooring industry.” said Fulton.
