InterMoor, an Acteon company, is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of The Houston Chronicle's Top Workplaces.
The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading independent research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with more than 30 major publishing partners and recognizes a National list of Top Workplaces. Over the past year, more than 4,500 organizations have turned to WorkplaceDynamics to better understand what is on the minds of their employees.
In the survey, InterMoor employees shared that they appreciated the "flexibility of the workplace," "the opportunity to work with dedicated people" and "the sense of pride in the projects InterMoor has completed over the years." In addition to employer-provided health and dental plans, InterMoor employees are awarded with regular team building activities and a company-matched 401K program. Employees are also encouraged to take full advantage of training and career advancement opportunities.
