HOUSTON (Oct. 2, 2008) – InterMoor Inc., an Acteon company, has named Randy Mautz Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Director and Chuck Fontenot Quality Assurance and Quality Control Manager, announced InterMoor President Tom Fulton.
Based at InterMoor’s Houston office, Mautz has over 20 years of experience in quality management. He will be responsible for the coordination of all of InterMoor’s quality, health, safety and environmental issues worldwide.
“InterMoor is committed to continually improving our Quality and HSE programs. Due to our growth outside of the U.S., it is necessary to bolster our QHSE staff. Randy has U.S. and international experience in both Quality and HSE systems and will be a great asset in helping us further develop our programs on a global basis,”
Prior to joining InterMoor, Mautz worked at HMT, Inc. as General Manager of Quality Programs. He was responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of Quality Management Systems for eight divisions worldwide and all U.S. field locations. Mautz has also served as the QHSE Manager for Vetco Gray Controls, Inc. where he implemented corporate QHSE policies and procedures.
Based in InterMoor’s Amelia office, Chuck Fontenot has 13 years of experience and will be responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day functioning of the company’s U.S. Quality program.

Prior to InterMoor, Fontenot worked as a corporate human resource representative at Gulf Island Fabrication. He developed innovative programs geared toward employee turnover reduction and implemented an employee referral system to reward employees that recruited new hires to the company.
