InterMoor has clear policies, both legal and moral obligations, which require that InterMoor implement and maintain an effective HSE Management System. The Company recognizes that “active participation” of the entire organization, from Senior Management to those individuals working on the back of the boat, are held accountable for making sure health, safety, and environmental regulations, policies, and procedures are followed.

Unique training program

InterMoor’s offshore personnel attend a unique five-day intensive “Training Deck” program developed by InterMoor to familiarize offshore employees with basic tools and equipment used during different types of operations they are required to perform offshore and to familiarize them with HSE requirements. This training program includes both classroom training and hands-on training. Each offshore employee must pass written and performance examinations graded by third-party safety professionals.

InterMoor facilities are OHSAS 18001 certified.
